For starters the carefully curated menu will include Seared Diver Scallop with local farm fresh summer squash will be paired with a refreshing, citrusy California Chardonnay from Divining Rod. As a pasta course Wild Mushroom Agnolotti with earthy Oyster Mushrooms from Sheltowee Farms are accompanied by a Pinot Noir by Charles Krug. The main course features a Ribeye steak and polenta cake with a Romesco sauce that is complemented by the aromas of black cherry and raspberry found in a Cabernet Sauvignon by Charles Krug. For the finalé Kenny’s Farmhouse Cheese offers select Country Blue and Farmstead Cheddar paired with a deep, rich Red Blend from Divining Rod. The four course meal with wine is $55 per person (tax & gratuity not included).
