Food & Dining Magazine: Restaurants Serving Thanksgiving Dinner

"A good way to show holiday visitors a classy overview of today’s Louisville is Thanksgiving dinner at 8UP Elevated Kitchen + Bar, 350 W. Chestnut St., atop the Hilton Garden Inn.

Executive chef Casper Van Drongelen will prepare a number of “elevated” a la carte Thanksgiving specials, ranging from $22 to $28, including turkey roulade with roasted breast, braised legs, cornbread stuffing, green beans, fried onions and gravy; and roasted prime rib with au gratin potatoes, broccoli and horseradish crème fraiche. For dessert, pastry chef Amanda Hammed is offering pumpkin pie with maple and black pepper; and chocolate molten lava cake with orange dreamsickle cream. 8UP’s regular menu will also be available that day."
