A Rooftop Restaurant in Downtown Louisville
Located on the top of the Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Louisville, 8Up Elevated Drinkery & Kitchen draws you in with three distinctive experiences - a moody restaurant, a lively lounge, and rooftop bar. Our locally inspired menus showcase elevated American comfort food made from fresh, sustainable, and organic ingredients.
Relax amidst dark wood paneling and 8-foot, high backed banquets, and large picture windows with the best views of the city. An open kitchen lets you in on all the cooking action. Enjoy an elevated food and drink experience that celebrates the spirit of fun that defines Louisville.
Our lounge and open-air rooftop bar are perfect for unwinding after work or hosting a special event. Watch the sunset while enjoying sumptuous food, sipping your favorite drink, dancing the night away, and gathering around the fire pit.
We offer valet parking and an elevator that spirits patrons right up to the rooftop. Reservations are recommended. For more information, call 502.631.4180.

Chef Henry Wesley III
Immerse in an elevated dining experience featuring Chef selections paired with Woodford Reserve Bourbon for an exquisite memorable occasion. Chef Henry Wesley III mission to make people happier with his culinary skills and his passion comes through with every plate and will surely enhance your dining experience.
"My mission after graduating from the school of Psychology at the University of Louisville, was to make people happy. One powerful way to do this, is through food. With each dish, I'm often transported back to my childhood where I was inspired to cook at a young age by my father who was self-taught. We often spend weekends watching cooking shows, then head to the grocery store to gather ingredients and recreate the dishes, often quite successfully. My love for cooking married to my charity work gives me purpose and has provided an opportunity to support several charities in and around the Louisville community."
